FAA Safety Reform Bill Exposes Hard Truths about Agency's Problems

Yesterday, Representative Jim Oberstar (D-Minn.) and three cosponsors introduced
bipartisan legislation to ensure “arms-length” safety regulation of
airlines by the FAA. The legislation comes as a result of the
